The operator told me to the system is down and she will call the supervisor and I was told to hold the line. After about 15 minutes she told me to call back (no. 888-217-0291) after 2 to 3 hours.
Well I called back after 3 hours and this number turned to be Chase Identity Protection. Also they gave me the actual number (800-621-0361). So now they have purposefully given me the wrong number.
As a last resort I called up the number on the back side of the card and this time again after waiting long and many transfers I was able to speak to an associate. When I told them, I never agreed on this item they told me she will cancel and revert the charges. I have to wait for 28 days (first call on - sep 2) to see the charges into my account.
